Responsibilities:
- Development and enhancement of forecasts, budgets and operational metrics.
- Work with business unit heads to build their annual budgets & forecasts.
- Prepare business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions.
- Creating a system to track business KPI’s over time so we can measure performance
- Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
- Put together a peer group of public companies for comparison
- Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
Skills:
- Education: MBA, CA (finalist), ACCA
- Experience: 6+ years of experience.
