  • Excellent Phone etiquette and customer handling skills
  • Candidate must have the skills to handle multiple tasks at one time and work under pressure
  • Good team player
  • We are looking for people who have a proven passion towards customer services
  • Working on weekends is a job requirement
  • Roster based timings (Shifts divided from 5PM till 7AM PST)
  • Handle inbound/ outbound calls
  • Help troubleshoot issues related to EA website and customer orders over the phone
  • Handle support tickets while meeting the SLA
  • Create documentation for knowledge base and look for improvement
  • Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
  • Co-ordinate with the internal product teams to fix issues and report bugs.
