BroadPeak Mobility, LLC · Founding Operating Leader

President & Chief Operating Officer

Posted June 2026 · Full-time, On-site · Sandy Springs & Conyers, GA · Reports to the Chairman & CEO

BroadPeak Investment Group is launching a new electric vehicle platform and has opened a search for its founding President & Chief Operating Officer — the senior operating executive with full P&L authority to build, lead, and scale the business nationally. The role carries significant equity participation and reports directly to the Chairman & CEO.

About the Company

BroadPeak, an Atlanta-based investment group, is launching a new electric vehicle company focused on last-mile delivery and commercial fleet operations. The company designs, assembles, and distributes purpose-built electric delivery and utility vehicles through a Georgia assembly operation and a nationwide franchise and dealer network.

Our vehicles serve B2B fleet operators who need a reliable, zero-emission workhorse across last-mile delivery, golf, agriculture, campus logistics, commercial property, and the trades. Every vehicle can be fully private-labeled in the customer's own brand, colors, and livery. We are the platform. Our customers are the brand.

The company works with a specialized EV manufacturing partner with 25+ years of production experience and active assembly operations across multiple international markets. Vehicles are assembled in Georgia to U.S. specifications and sold across all fifty states. This is a founder-backed, patient-capital venture built to scale the right way: certification first, channel second, growth third.

The Role

This is a founding President & Chief Operating Officer role — the senior operating executive accountable for building, leading, and scaling the entire electric vehicle business from the ground up. You will own full P&L responsibility across commercial strategy, operations, manufacturing execution, and go-to-market performance, leading both the operating company and its vehicle brand.

You will report to the Chairman & CEO of BroadPeak Investment Group, who will partner closely with you through the early build — particularly on regulatory, capital, and manufacturer-relationship matters — while you own day-to-day execution. This is a rare opportunity to build and own the trajectory of a company from day one: a leader who delivers will have room to grow with the platform as it scales nationally.

Your First 18 Months — The Build

Success in this role is measured by outcomes, not activity. The defining early milestones are concrete:

  • Stand up the Georgia assembly operation in Conyers — site readiness, equipment buildout, workforce ramp (including state Quick Start training), SOPs, and quality systems.
  • Drive the vehicles through U.S. regulatory certification — FMVSS / LSV self-certification via NHTSA and the broader compliance pathway — in partnership with counsel and the manufacturer.
  • Complete the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and stand up a compliant franchise/dealer program — a hard prerequisite before any franchise sales.
  • Build and launch the nationwide network of dealers, distributors, and franchisees, and close the first franchise/fleet cohort.
  • Establish unit economics, route-to-margin discipline, and a repeatable production-to-delivery model that scales from pilot volume toward several thousand units per year.

What You Will Own

  • Full P&L accountability across revenue, margin, cash, and operational performance.
  • Manufacturing & assembly — the Conyers operation end to end: facility, workforce, production scaling, quality, and the manufacturer relationship (supply planning, CKD/SKD execution, product alignment).
  • Go-to-market & commercial — B2B strategy across all target verticals and key fleet customers; sales, marketing, pricing, and channel activation; building and scaling the dealer/distributor/franchise network.
  • Regulatory & certification — compliance across U.S. markets: FMVSS/NHTSA certification, import and customs strategy, and state LSV/registration, dealer, and franchise requirements.
  • Brand — stewardship and growth of the vehicle brand as a distinct, private-label-ready identity.
  • Team — recruit and develop a lean, high-leverage leadership bench (manufacturing/plant, sales/channel, finance) as volume justifies.
  • External leadership — serve as a senior face of the company with customers, partners, regulators, and industry stakeholders.

What You Bring

  • Ideal background. You come from the EV, small-vehicle, or low-speed-vehicle world — golf cart / PTV / utility-vehicle, neighborhood EV, or commercial last-mile — and you have lived the assembly, certification, and dealer-network realities of that industry firsthand.
  • Two non-negotiables. Demonstrated, hands-on success in (1) scaling a vehicle/equipment assembly or manufacturing operation — CKD/SKD/OEM or contract-manufacturing experience strongly preferred — and (2) building and selling through B2B dealer, distributor, or franchise networks. Depth in one and credible command of the other is expected.
  • 10–15+ years of executive leadership in automotive, EV, fleet, equipment, or related manufacturing industries, with direct P&L ownership.
  • Commercial fleet command — strong understanding of commercial fleet markets or adjacent verticals (delivery, agriculture, golf, utilities, municipal, the trades).
  • Regulatory fluency — working command of certification and import frameworks for vehicles or equipment (FMVSS/NHTSA, customs/tariff, state registration); franchise/FDD literacy is a strong plus.
  • Logistics exposure — last-mile, parcel, or freight experience, and any hands-on work with large-scale electric fleet deployments, is directly transferable and highly valued.

How You Work

  • A builder who thrives in early-stage, high-accountability environments and creates structure, systems, and clarity out of ambiguity.
  • Strong bias for execution; comfortable making high-impact decisions quickly with imperfect information.
  • Entrepreneurial ownership mindset — measured by outcomes, not effort — and energized by taking something from zero to scale.
  • Capital-disciplined and equity-motivated: you are drawn to building durable enterprise value, not to a large salary.

Compensation & Ownership

This role is built for an owner-operator. Compensation pairs a competitive base salary and milestone-based annual incentive with a meaningful equity stake (profits interest) that vests on time and value-creation hurdles — the primary wealth-creation mechanism in this venture. Qualified candidates may also be offered the opportunity to co-invest alongside the founder. Base salary is deliberately disciplined relative to public-company peers; the real upside is in the equity you help create.

Location: On-site at our corporate office in Sandy Springs, GA, with a regular, hands-on presence at the assembly operation in Conyers, GA. Monday–Friday.

BroadPeak Mobility, LLC · Founding Site Leader

General Manager, EV Assembly & Delivery

Posted July 2026 · Full-time, On-site · Conyers, GA · Reports to the President & COO (interim: Chairman & CEO, BIG)

BroadPeak Mobility is launching a new electric vehicle company and is hiring a founding General Manager to stand up and run our Conyers, Georgia assembly and delivery operation — end to end, in an entrepreneurial, small-business format. You will own the full flow: import, assembly, delivery, and customer support, building and leading the on-site team as volume scales. The role carries a meaningful equity stake.

About the Company

BroadPeak, an Atlanta-based investment group, is launching a new electric vehicle company focused on last-mile delivery and commercial fleet mobility. We import purpose-built low-speed electric vehicles (LSVs), assemble them at our Conyers, Georgia facility, and sell and deliver them directly to end users — for use on public roads where permitted and on-site at schools, universities, parks, campuses, resorts, and similar venues.

These vehicles are already established in comparable markets in Canada and Europe. U.S. self-certification under the low-speed-vehicle rule is well underway, initial vehicles are arriving, and we are ready to begin selling. We work with a specialized overseas manufacturing partner with 25+ years of production experience, and our vehicles can be fully private-labeled for our customers.

The Role

This is a founding, hands-on leadership role to stand up and run our Conyers assembly and delivery operation end to end. You will own the full flow — importing vehicles and kits, assembling them, delivering them to customers, and supporting those customers before and after the sale. You will build and lead the on-site team and be the person who makes the operation run, and grow.

You will report to the President & COO and, in the interim, to the Chairman & CEO of BroadPeak Investment Group. This is a rare chance to build something from the ground up and grow with the company as volume scales.

What You Will Own

  • Import & logistics. Coordinate inbound vehicle shipments, assembly kits, and parts with our overseas manufacturing partner and freight/customs providers — managing timing, documentation, and inventory.
  • Assembly. Stand up and run the assembly line; hire, train, and lead a team of assemblers and technicians; own throughput, build quality, and workplace safety.
  • Delivery & fulfillment. Schedule and deliver vehicles to end users and on-site venues; manage the handoff, setup, and a great first experience.
  • Sales support & margin. Answer pre-sale technical questions, run demos, and help configure and quote vehicles — with a clear understanding of cost, margin, and sale price.
  • Service & support. Own post-sale service, warranty, parts, and maintenance; keep customers satisfied and coming back.
  • Cost & inventory. Manage the site's operating levers — labor, parts, inventory, and cost control — to run a lean, profitable operation.

What You Bring

  • Industry background. Experience in the EV, golf cart, low-speed-vehicle, powersports, or mobility industry — ideally hands-on with vehicle assembly or production.
  • Operational leadership. Proven success running an assembly, production, or service operation and leading a hands-on team.
  • Logistics & import. Logistics, import, and inventory experience; comfortable coordinating with overseas suppliers.
  • Commercial sense. You understand unit cost, margin, and pricing, and can help close a sale.
  • Customer-first orientation. Technically fluent before the sale, dependable after it.
  • Entrepreneurial operator. A roll-up-your-sleeves builder who thrives in a lean, build-it environment.

How You Work

  • Hands-on and resourceful — you do, not just direct.
  • Owner's mindset — you treat the operation like your own business.
  • Organized under pressure — you keep quality, safety, and delivery on track as volume grows.

Compensation & Ownership

Competitive base salary and performance bonus, plus a meaningful equity stake so you share in the value you help build. Base pay is disciplined for an early-stage venture; the real upside is in the ownership and the room to grow with the company.

Location: On-site at our assembly and delivery facility in Conyers, GA. Monday–Friday, with flexibility as delivery schedules require.

BroadPeak Mobility, LLC · Founding Commercial Leader

VP, Sales & Go-to-Market

Posted July 2026 · Full-time, On-site · Sandy Springs, GA · Reports to the President & COO and the Chairman & CEO

BroadPeak Mobility is launching a new electric vehicle platform and is hiring its founding commercial leader — the person responsible for revenue and results. You will personally get in front of fleet buyers, sit across the table from dealer principals and franchise prospects, and build the brand partnerships that become the commercial foundation of the business. In Year 1 this is a hands-on hunter's seat; as we scale, you build and lead the commercial organization. The role carries equity participation.

About the Company

BroadPeak, an Atlanta-based investment group, is launching a new electric vehicle company focused on last-mile delivery and commercial fleet mobility. We import purpose-built low-speed electric vehicles (LSVs), assemble them at our Conyers, Georgia facility, and sell them across all fifty states — directly to end users for use on public roads where permitted and on-site at schools, universities, parks, campuses, and venues, and through a nationwide franchise and dealer network.

These vehicles are already established in comparable markets in Canada and Europe. We work with a specialized overseas manufacturing partner with 25+ years of production experience; U.S. self-certification under the low-speed-vehicle rule is well underway, and initial vehicles are arriving. This is a founder-backed, patient-capital venture built to scale the right way: certification first, channel second, growth third.

The Role

This is the founding commercial leadership role at BroadPeak Mobility — the leader responsible for revenue and results. You are the person who personally gets in front of fleet buyers, sits across the table from dealer principals and franchise prospects, and builds the partnerships with large brands that become the commercial foundation of the business.

In Year 1 this is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves hunter's seat — you build the pipeline and close the deals yourself. As the business scales, you will build and lead the commercial organization. You will report to the President & COO and the Chairman & CEO, and work closely with them on major accounts, strategic partnerships, and pricing and contract terms. You are also expected to build the structure the commercial engine runs on — the compensation and incentive plans, the territory and coverage model, the CRM and playbook — and to use AI and automation to sell more, serve better, and deliver results the business can count on.

Your First 18 Months

  • Warm the pipeline before launch — get in front of decision-makers across all target verticals before first vehicle availability, building named relationships no later entrant can buy their way into.
  • Close the first direct B2B fleet accounts — QSR operators, golf courses, agricultural businesses, campus fleets, and last-mile couriers.
  • Sign the first franchise and dealer cohort — starting in Georgia, Florida, and Texas — and expand into additional markets as the network grows.
  • Activate the first brand and corporate partnerships with large fleet operators, QSR chains, logistics companies, and commercial property groups who want to private-label the vehicle.
  • Build the B2B sales playbook and commercial infrastructure — pricing, ROI models, CRM, compensation and incentive structure, and an AI-enabled prospecting-to-onboarding workflow.
  • Stand up the parts, service, and software-subscription attach motion so every placement carries recurring revenue, and feed field learning back into pricing, positioning, and product.

What You Will Own

  • Direct fleet sales. Personally open and close B2B fleet accounts across all six target verticals, carrying deals from first conversation to signature and coordinating with the President & COO and the Chairman on terms and structure.
  • Dealer & franchise network — all 50 states. Own network development nationwide: define market areas / areas of responsibility, prioritize markets, recruit and vet candidates against a formal profile, negotiate and execute franchise and sales-&-service agreements, and coach partners to healthy unit sales and fixed-operations (parts & service) performance — all within state franchise and dealer-licensing requirements and the company's FDD framework.
  • Brand & corporate partnerships. Identify, pitch, and close large brand partners who deploy private-labeled vehicles at scale — QSR chains, logistics companies, commercial property groups, and corporate fleets.
  • Channel revenue. Drive the full revenue stack through the channel — new vehicles, parts, and software / service subscriptions — attaching recurring, higher-margin revenue to every placement.
  • Sales infrastructure, AI & automation. Design the commercial operating structure — comp and incentive plans, territory and coverage model, CRM and pipeline, and the B2B playbook — and use AI across prospecting, outreach, proposals, follow-up, and onboarding to run a lean, high-output motion. Own forecasting and pipeline discipline.
  • Field intelligence. Surface what buyers in each vertical want, need, and object to, and translate it into input for pricing, positioning, and product.

Target Verticals

  • Last-mile delivery — QSR chains, food and pharmacy delivery, parcel couriers, florists, and grocery operators.
  • Golf courses and resorts — pro shops, beverage carts, grounds maintenance, and clubhouse logistics.
  • Agriculture — farm supply transport, vineyard and orchard logistics, and harvest support.
  • Campus and facility — universities, hospitals, corporate campuses, and airports.
  • Trades and small business — plumbing, HVAC, landscaping, and grounds crews.
  • Government and municipal — parks departments, military bases, and public-works fleets.

What You Bring

  • Ideal background. You come from the EV, low-speed-vehicle, golf cart / PTV / utility-vehicle, or commercial last-mile world, with a working network in dealer, distributor, franchise, or fleet-buyer circles. You've done this work yourself, not just managed a team that did it.
  • The non-negotiable. A demonstrated personal track record of closing B2B relationships through direct effort — across fleet accounts, dealer or franchise networks, and brand or corporate partnerships.
  • Dealer & franchise development. Hands-on experience in dealer network development and franchise sales — AOR / territory planning, candidate recruitment and vetting, sales-&-service agreements, onboarding, and dealer performance — with an understanding of fixed operations as a profit center and familiarity with state franchise and dealer-licensing frameworks.
  • AI & automation. You use modern AI and sales-automation tools to prospect, personalize outreach, generate proposals and ROI models, and deliver responsive service.
  • 7–12+ years of direct sales or business development in automotive, EV, fleet, equipment, or adjacent industries, carrying and closing your own pipeline.
  • Brand / corporate partnership experience with large fleet operators, QSR chains, or logistics companies, and deep familiarity with at least two of the target verticals; golf/LSV, agricultural equipment, or last-mile logistics is a strong plus.
  • Builder-to-leader. Comfortable being the first commercial hire — building the process as you go — and ready to grow into leading the commercial organization. Large-scale electric-fleet exposure is directly transferable and highly valued.

How You Work

  • Hunter mentality — energized by opening new accounts and building relationships from scratch.
  • Relationship-builder — most effective in person, earning trust deal by deal.
  • Results-driven — you own the number and build the structure to hit it.
  • Automation-minded — you let AI and tooling handle the repetitive work so your time goes into the room with buyers.
  • Disciplined pipeline manager — you track everything, forecast accurately, and close consistently, aligning delivery timelines with sales commitments.

Compensation & Ownership

Competitive base salary with a performance-driven commission and bonus, plus equity participation for the right candidate — a long-term stake in what you help build. This is a plan that rewards closing.

Location: On-site at our corporate office in Sandy Springs, GA. Monday–Friday.

BroadPeak Investment Group · Head of Accounting

Portfolio Controller

Posted July 2026 · Full-time, On-site · Atlanta, GA · Reports to the Chairman & CEO and the Chief Investment Officer

BroadPeak Investment Group is hiring a hands-on Portfolio Controller to own accounting across the full BIG platform — every owned and majority-controlled company, every new startup and joint venture, and the family-office entities behind them. You will build, standardize, automate, and run the group accounting function, modernize it with automation and AI, and lead a hybrid U.S. and offshore team. It is a rare seat to build the function from the ground up and grow with the platform.

About Us

BroadPeak Investment Group (BIG) is a multi-company investment platform that acquires, builds, and scales businesses across a diverse set of industries: mobility/EV, sports and entertainment, food and beverage manufacturing, hospitality and recreation, indoor entertainment / technology licensing, and education. Our active portfolio spans early-stage joint ventures to mature, multi-hundred-location franchise operations.

We operate like a lean private equity shop with operating control — we don't just write checks, we run the businesses — combined with a family-office mandate that also covers the holding, real-estate, and personal entities of our principals. Our finance function has to move at operator speed, not fund-administrator speed — and increasingly at the speed of automation and AI.

The Role

We're hiring a hands-on Portfolio Controller to own accounting across the full BIG platform — every owned and majority-controlled company, every new startup and joint venture, and the family-office entities behind them. This is not a single-entity bookkeeping role. You will build, standardize, automate, and run the accounting function for a growing group of businesses that vary widely in industry, deal structure, and financial maturity: from newly-formed entities with no accounting history to mature franchise systems with decades of financial infrastructure.

You will maintain the group's accounting practices, modernize them with automation and AI, and lead a hybrid U.S. and offshore team to deliver a timely, reliable close and clear reporting to management. You will report to the Chairman & CEO and the Chief Investment Officer, and work directly with the Investment team and company-level leadership — CEOs, GMs, and operators — across the portfolio.

What You'll Own

  • Multi-entity accounting & close. Run monthly close, the general ledger, and financial reporting across all portfolio and family-office entities on a fixed cadence; build a standardized chart of accounts and templates so every entity rolls up cleanly to a BIG-level consolidated view; own AP/AR, payroll coordination, intercompany, and cash management for entities without dedicated finance staff.
  • Portfolio & family-office reporting. Produce consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow by entity and rolled up, plus investment-level views for the Investment team; flag cash burn, working-capital issues, and covenant / loan-compliance risk early; support family-office reporting across holding companies, real estate, trusts, and personal entities with discretion; support deal teams with financial due diligence.
  • New entity & deal integration. Stand up accounting infrastructure for newly acquired or launched entities within 30–60 days of close — chart of accounts, banking, and initial controls; coordinate with legal on entity-structure implications, including JV structures with domestic / international splits and multi-currency needs; support franchise-specific accounting (FDD financial disclosures, royalty tracking, unit-level economics).
  • Systems, automation & AI. Own the accounting tech stack across the group — QuickBooks Online for early-stage and smaller entities, scaling to NetSuite (or comparable ERP) as entities mature — and lead migrations cleanly; deploy AI and automation across the close, AP/AR, reconciliations, reporting, and anomaly detection to run a lean function at operator speed.
  • Global team leadership. Build, manage, and develop a hybrid U.S. and offshore accounting team; set the standards, workflows, and review structure that let a distributed team deliver an accurate, on-time close.
  • Controls, tax & compliance. Implement practical financial controls across entities that currently have none, plus a documented controls checklist used for every future acquisition; manage external tax and audit relationships as needed, per entity.

What You'll Need

  • Systems — both ends of the spectrum. Hands-on experience with corporate ERP (NetSuite or comparable) and small-business accounting (QuickBooks) is required; you've run both and migrated between them.
  • AI & automation — a must. Demonstrated, hands-on experience implementing and using AI-driven automation in a finance or business context. You can point to specific tools you deployed and the time and cost they removed.
  • Global team building. Track record building and managing offshore / distributed accounting teams for multi-entity or global operations.
  • 8+ years of accounting experience, with meaningful time in private equity portfolio accounting, family-office accounting, or multi-entity corporate accounting (public accounting with PE / family-office clients also works), including standing up accounting functions from scratch.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and variety — you'll context-switch across manufacturing, hospitality, sports, and consumer franchise businesses in the same week — plus strong Excel / financial-modeling skills and consolidation and intercompany fluency.
  • CPA preferred, not required. Franchise accounting (royalties, FDD financials, unit-level P&L) is a strong plus.
  • High trust, high discretion. You'll see cap tables, deal terms, and founder- and family-level financials across the platform.

How You Work

  • Hands-on builder — you set up the system and also do the work until the team is ready.
  • Operator speed — you deliver useful numbers on time, not perfect numbers late.
  • Automation-first — your instinct is to systematize and automate repeatable work.
  • Discreet and dependable — you handle sensitive information the way principals expect.

What Success Looks Like — First 6 Months

A clean, consolidated monthly reporting package delivered on a fixed cadence; a standardized chart of accounts and close process live across at least three portfolio entities; accounting infrastructure stood up for at least two newly acquired or early-stage entities; a documented financial-controls checklist adopted for all future acquisitions; an offshore team member or pod onboarded and productive; and at least one AI / automation win that measurably shortens the close or reduces manual effort.

Compensation & Ownership

Competitive base salary and performance bonus, plus an equity stake so you share in the value you help build across the platform. Compensation reflects the seniority and breadth of the mandate, and the role offers real room to grow into broader finance leadership as BIG scales.

Location: Atlanta, GA — on-site.

Submit Your Application

BroadPeak Investment Group invites qualified finance leaders to apply. Please include your resume and a short note on your relevant multi-entity accounting, ERP / QuickBooks, and finance-automation experience.

BroadPeak Investment Group · Dubai, UAE — New Office · Opening August 2026

Managing Director — BroadPeak UAE

Posted July 2026 · Full-time, On-site · Dubai, UAE · Reports to the Founder & CEO

BroadPeak is building a technology and operations base in Dubai, and we're looking for a hands-on leader to get it off the ground. You will stand up the office, build and lead the team, drive the modernization of the software behind our brands, and grow the operation into a larger business over time. You report directly to the Founder & CEO and ownership. This is a ground-floor build for an ambitious operator who wants the mandate to create something — not a seat in an established organization.

About BroadPeak

BroadPeak Investment Group (BIG) is an operator-led private investment firm and family office partnering with exceptional founder-led and family-owned businesses globally. We don't just write checks — we build alongside you, leveraging the same entrepreneurial spirit that built our own companies. Founded by Tariq Farid, BIG's portfolio spans a large franchise system (Edible®), Roti Modern Mediterranean, and brands across consumer, restaurant, wellness, technology, supply chain, and mobility. Our AI operating platform, FranAi™, is deployed across the companies we build, acquire, and invest in. This role supports companies across that portfolio.

The Role

You get the Dubai office off the ground and build the team that runs it. You own the technology end-to-end — leading the replatforming of our franchise management systems onto a modern, AI-native architecture and the rollout of AI across our brands — and you stay hands-on enough to set the standard, not just manage it. You hire and lead the Dubai team, direct scaled delivery across our Pakistan office and India partners, and work with our PRO on licensing and setup so your focus stays on technology and team. You report directly to the Founder & CEO and ownership in the US, with the mandate to grow this into a larger business as it scales.

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on technical leadership — you can drive a legacy-to-AI-native replatforming yourself, not just oversee it.
  • Proven team-building — you've hired, built, and led engineering teams, including distributed/offshore teams in South Asia.
  • Applied AI in delivery — real LLM integration and agent orchestration, not theory.
  • An operator who builds — comfortable standing something up from the ground with limited scaffolding.
  • Domain advantage — franchise, retail, or multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
  • 8–12+ years, including leading engineering teams, and ready to step into a Managing Director mandate.
  • On-site in Dubai, UAE, working hours overlapping the US East Coast morning (approximately 1:00–10:00 PM UAE time). UAE-based preferred; open to candidates who will relocate promptly — we support residency and Golden Visa processing.
  • English essential; Arabic a strong advantage.

Compensation

Competitive, tax-free salary, with statutory entitlements provided in line with UAE Labour Law and the full package finalised at the offer stage. The real draw here is the mandate — build the team and the business, report directly to ownership, and grow into a larger remit as the business scales. We're open on level for the right person.

Location: On-site at our new Dubai, UAE office (opening August 2026). Working hours overlap the US East Coast morning — approximately 1:00–10:00 PM UAE time.

How to Apply

Two ways to apply — please choose one; you only need to apply once, so there's no need to do both:

  • By email — send your application to careers@broadpeak.com with all supporting documents attached.
  • By our career portal — apply on BroadPeak's ADP careers page using the Apply via Career Portal button below.

Whichever route you choose, please include:

  • The systems you've modernized or replatformed, and your specific role on each.
  • The engineering teams you've built and led — size, locations, including offshore.
  • The AI development tools, generative-AI platforms, and integrations you use in real delivery.
  • Your years of leadership experience and the scope you've owned.
  • Your expected compensation and what you'd need to make this work.
  • Supporting documents — your CV, links to your work (product, GitHub, or case studies), and references.
  • A short outline (one page maximum) of how you would get a technology office off the ground and build the team to replatform a legacy franchise platform with AI — your thinking and approach, not a full plan, and nothing confidential to a current or former employer.

We read the outline and your compensation note closely — together they tell us who's a builder and what the right person needs to make this work.

BroadPeak Investment Group · Dubai, UAE — New Office · Opening August 2026

Director of Accounting — BroadPeak UAE

Posted July 2026 · Full-time, On-site · Dubai, UAE · Reports to a US-based manager

BroadPeak is building a shared-services accounting function in Dubai, UAE to run the books for our US, UK, and China companies. This role owns that function end-to-end — delivered through a team across our Pakistan office and India partners, on NetSuite and QuickBooks. You bring order, control, and a clean close across three jurisdictions.

Founded by Tariq Farid, BIG's portfolio spans a large franchise system (Edible®), Roti Modern Mediterranean, and brands across consumer, restaurant, wellness, technology, supply chain, and mobility, operating across the US, UK, and China. This role supports companies across that portfolio.

The Role

You own the full accounting cycle across our US, UK, and China entities — month-end close, general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, intercompany, reconciliations, reporting, and controls — on NetSuite and QuickBooks. You hire and lead a UAE team and direct scaled accounting delivery across our Pakistan office and India partners. You are the reliable, single line of accountability to US finance.

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on NetSuite and QuickBooks — you've run close cycles in both, not just reviewed the output.
  • Multi-entity, multi-currency close ownership across jurisdictions.
  • A qualified accountant — CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent.
  • UAE team-building experience — you've hired and managed a team in Dubai / the UAE. (Required.)
  • Distributed leadership — you've managed offshore accounting teams.
  • 8–12+ years, including several leading accounting teams with close ownership.
  • On-site in Dubai, UAE, working hours overlapping the US East Coast morning (approximately 1:00–10:00 PM UAE time).

Compensation

Competitive, tax-free salary. Statutory entitlements are provided in line with UAE Labour Law, and the full package is finalised at the offer stage. This is a role for someone who wants to build a function properly; strong performance is recognized and rewarded as the team and the business grow.

Location: On-site at our new Dubai, UAE office (opening August 2026). Working hours overlap the US East Coast morning — approximately 1:00–10:00 PM UAE time.

  • By our career portal — apply on BroadPeak's ADP careers page using the Apply via Career Portal button below.

Whichever route you choose, please include:

  • Confirmation of hands-on experience with both NetSuite and QuickBooks, and your role in each.
  • The entities and jurisdictions whose month-end close you've owned (e.g., US, UK, China; multi-currency).
  • Your accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).
  • The size and locations of the accounting teams you've managed, including offshore.
  • Confirmation that you've hired and managed a team in Dubai / the UAE.
  • A short outline (one page maximum) of how you would stand up a clean multi-entity close across three countries — your approach, not a full plan, and nothing confidential to a current or former employer.

We read that outline closely — it tells us how you think and how you'd operate here.

Posted July 2026 · Full-time, On-site · Dubai, UAE · Reports to the Founder & CEO

BroadPeak is hiring a trusted, senior all-rounder to run our Dubai office and support our regional teams. You own UAE government relations end-to-end, manage banking and administrative documentation, provide direct support to the Founder & CEO, and coordinate with our offices in Pakistan, India, and China. This is a hands-on, high-trust role with real access and real ownership.

This role keeps our UAE base running and supports our regional offices as we grow.

The Role

You own the day-to-day operation of the Dubai office and all UAE government relations for the entity. You manage the full employment-visa lifecycle, keep every licence and statutory deadline current, handle banking and insurance documentation, support the Founder directly, and coordinate administrative and documentation needs across our regional offices in Pakistan, India, and China. You deal with government counterparties yourself, you keep clean records, and nothing lapses on your watch. Discretion and reliability are the job.

What You'll Own

  • Government relations / PRO — the full employment-visa lifecycle (applications, renewals, cancellations, status changes), Emirates ID, medical fitness, and residency, across the Free Zone Authority, GDRFA, and ICP portals.
  • Licensing and compliance — trade-licence renewals, establishment card, WPS, and government approvals; the single point of contact with the relevant authorities.
  • Banking and insurance — corporate account administration support and documentation.
  • Office management — vendor coordination, facilities, records, and document management.
  • Regional coordination — administrative and documentation support to our offices in Pakistan, India, and China, working across time zones.
  • Executive support — direct PA support to the Founder & CEO.
  • Records and deadlines — accurate, current records for visas, passports, licences, and every statutory deadline.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years as a PRO / Government Relations officer in the UAE — including time at a large UAE company or group, and hands-on free-zone experience. (Non-negotiable.)
  • Strong command of UAE labour and immigration processes and the government portals (Free Zone Authority, GDRFA, ICP; MOHRE / Tasheel where relevant).
  • Fluent English (essential); Arabic a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable coordinating across multiple countries and time zones.
  • Bachelor's degree; UAE driving licence preferred.
  • Highly organised, discreet, and confident managing government counterparties directly.

Compensation

Competitive, tax-free salary. Statutory entitlements are provided in line with UAE Labour Law, and the full package is finalised at the offer stage. This is a trusted role with direct access to the Founder; performance is recognized and rewarded as the office grows.

Location: On-site at our new Dubai, UAE office (opening August 2026), running the office day to day.

Whichever route you choose, please include:

  • The UAE free zones and government portals you've handled directly (e.g., which free zone authorities, GDRFA, ICP, MOHRE / Tasheel).
  • The approximate volume of visa and PRO transactions you've processed (applications, renewals, cancellations).
  • The size and type of company or group you supported, and your years of UAE PRO experience.
  • Your Arabic and English levels, whether you hold a UAE driving licence, and your degree.
  • Supporting documents — your CV plus reference letters, a short summary of the entities and free zones you've handled, and any PRO or government-services certifications.

We read applications closely — the specifics of what you've handled tell us more than a job title.

BroadPeak Investment Group · Dubai, UAE — New Office · On-site from September 2026

AI Engineer — BroadPeak UAE

Posted July 2026 · Full-time · Remote to start, on-site Dubai from Sept 2026 · Reports to the Head of Technology (Atlanta) · 2 openings

BroadPeak is hiring two AI Engineers to help build and ship AI into the software behind our brands. You'll work hands-on with modern AI tools on real implementation projects — from prototype to production — reporting to our Head of Technology in Atlanta. The role starts remote and moves on-site at our Dubai office from September 2026. This is an early-career role with room to grow fast alongside a team being built from the ground up.

The Role

You work on AI implementation projects across BIG's brands — building, integrating, and shipping AI-powered features and tools. You write and debug code with AI-assisted development tools, integrate generative-AI platforms and LLMs into real workflows, and help take solutions from concept to production alongside senior engineers. You experiment with new AI techniques, document what you build, and grow your skills quickly on a small, high-standards team. You report to the Head of Technology in Atlanta, and as our Dubai office opens in September 2026, you'll join the team on-site.

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years hands-on implementing AI or software in real projects.
  • A working foundation in Python and/or JavaScript.
  • Hands-on with AI tooling — AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Replit) and generative-AI platforms (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini).
  • Something you've shipped — a project, product, or portfolio, not just coursework.
  • Curiosity and speed — you pick up new tools fast and bring ideas forward.
  • Remote to start, on-site in Dubai from September 2026 — you're based in the UAE or able to relocate by then; we support visa and relocation for the right candidates. English essential.
  • A degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is a plus, not a requirement — we care more about what you've built.

Compensation

Competitive salary appropriate to experience, finalised at the offer stage — tax-free once you're based in the UAE, with statutory entitlements in line with UAE Labour Law. This is a chance to grow fast with a team being built from day one.

Location: Remote to start; on-site at our new Dubai, UAE office from September 2026. Reports to the Head of Technology in Atlanta, US.

  • Links to your work — GitHub, projects, demos, or a portfolio. This is the most important thing you can send.
  • A short description of one AI project you shipped — what it did, your specific role, and the tools you used.
  • The AI development tools and generative-AI platforms you've worked with, and what you built with them.
  • Your CV and supporting documents of your experience.
  • Your salary expectation, and your current compensation with a recent payslip or salary certificate, so we can structure a fair offer.
  • Confirmation that you can work on-site in Dubai from September 2026.

We hire on what you've built — strong project work and a clear account of your own contribution matter more than titles or pedigree.
